Welcome to your Lash Lab Training! Step into a private, personalized learning experience designed to help you master lash artistry. Our one-on-one practical training gives you hands-on guidance, access to all materials, and full support from an experienced instructor — all tailored to your pace and skill level.


    • Full 1-on-1 instruction with a Master Lash Artist

    • All lashes, tools, adhesives, and consumables needed to complete tasks related to your training

    • Access to our online course portal with supplemental materials

    • Guidance on technique, safety, and professional workflow

  • Your training is scheduled to take place within the month of February 2026; exact dates will be coordinated with your instructor once your deposit is received.

    Sessions are structured for maximum hands-on learning, with personalized feedback throughout.

    While we’re starting with a prepaid package, you can certainly add additional training in the future.

  • The full training package requires a 50% deposit to secure your spot.

    The remaining balance is due before your session.

    Based on your training progress, you can certainly add additional hours in the future.

POLICIES + TERMS


DEPOSIT

Deposits secure your training session and block your spot on our calendar. Because we offer a limited number of private trainings and schedule sessions in advance, all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

PAYMENTS

All payments for courses or trainings offered by The Lash Lab are non-refundable. We are committed to delivering high-quality instruction and welcome constructive feedback. Our training approach is flexible within the scope of the curriculum, and reasonable adjustments may be made at the instructor’s discretion.

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule individual training sessions, we recommend making requests at least 7 days in advance for your convenience. All rescheduling is subject to instructor availability.

EMERGENCIES & ILLNESS

In the event of a documented medical emergency or serious illness, The Lash Lab may, at its sole discretion, offer to postpone and/or reschedule an entire training course subject to availability. Deposits and payments remain non-refundable. Requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Liability

Training is hands-on and requires active participation. Students are responsible for following all safety protocols and instructions. The Lash Lab, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, reactions, or damages resulting from negligence or failure to follow guidance.

Materials

All products, tools, and consumables are provided for use during training. Students will also have the option to purchase additional materials for their personal kit or for extra practice. Please note that students may be held responsible for the replacement cost of any materials that are intentionally damaged, misused, or removed from the training premises.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By enrolling in a training and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to The Lash Lab’s Policies + Terms, Terms of Service (lashlab.io/terms), and Privacy Policy (lashlab.io/privacy-policy). Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
