OUR MISSIONWe’ve always been perplexed about why so few clients end up satisfied with their cosmetological + aesthetic services? We’ve decided to revolutionize the industry by standardizing the provision of beauty services with fixed algorithms, to eliminate the variability of outcomes and institute quality control.
We have a fixed menu of Prix Fixe designs, or you can take advantage of our myLASH™ Style Design Lab to fully customize your lash extensions.
OUR HISTORYLash Lab™ is a startup lash salon professional distributor seeking to modernize and disrupt the beauty industry in the US and abroad. We primarily distribute luxury international brands popular in EU and Asian markets - we prioritize vegan, cruelty-free & clean beauty formulations. The Lash Lab Studio here in Baltimore functions primarily as an R&D lab for our lash supplies, adhesive resins, and designs.
Our founder has a degree in has completed post-graduate studies in public health at Harvard - in collaboration with industry lash experts, public health specialists, and opthamologists, she developed a unique proprietary technique for ensuring safe, vegan + cruelty-free lash extensions to meet the needs of the modern consumer.

important policiesScheduling + Cancellations
If you experience difficulty scheduling an appointment feel free to call or text us. Please note that we ask for 24 hours notice to make any appointment adjustments. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will result in the forfeiture of any previously paid deposits. A $50 fee will also be assessed if an appointment is cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled start time.
How to Book an Appointment
You may book an appointment by clicking the white button on this screen that says BOOK APPOINTMENT. Please note that a deposit will be required in order to secure a fixed appointment time - if you’d like to hold a spot in our walk-in queue for the day, you can select the option to JOIN THE STANDBY LIST. Joining our Standby List does not guarantee an appointment time, and you may ultimately have to wait for additional time upon your arrival.
14-Day Lash Lab™ Insurance Guarantee
If you are a Lash Lab X member + experience uncharacteristic fall-out (generally more than 60%) within 14 days of your lash service, we’ll provide a complimentary lash fill at your convenience.
Keep in mind that eyelashes exist within a perennial growth cycle, and ultimately about 5-10 lashes are shed on a daily basis. Inappropriate adherence to our lash Aftercare protocol will also exacerbate lash fall-out.

The Lash Lab Private Studio location is located within the VISION building, a vibrant home to several other beauty, lifestyle, and wellness startups in the Baltimore area. Our cozy Studio only serves 1 client at a time, so you can enjoy a serene & hygienic experience. If you arrive with guests, they are free to wait for you within the lobby.
