Cancellation Policy
We kindly request 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. We accept notice via phone call, text message, or email during our regular hours of operation. If you fail to provide adequate notice, you’ll forfeit any deposits paid and may be assessed additional fees.
Lash Lab Insurance Guarantee
If you experience uncharacteristic fallout (per our discretion), we will perform a complimentary Backfill appointment at no additional cost to you. This Insurance will be an exclusive perk of our Lash Lab X membership program.
Availability
All available booking times are displayed with our calendar - unfortunately we aren’t able to come in before or after hours for additional appointments. The calendar accurately reflects our current availability in real-time. If you’d like to join our last-minute cancellation waitlist, let us know!

In order to qualify for a Backfill, you’d need approximately 70% of your lash extensions remaining. This won’t be difficult to accomplish with proper aftercare and regular 2-Week Backfills.
If you have fewer than 70% of your lashes remaining, you’ll need to book a Full Set appointment.

For longevity and ocular health, we recommend getting Backfills every 2 weeks.
Keep in mind that our Lash Lab Insurance™ only covers 2 weeks (14 days) post-service.
