Booking a SERVICE.
  • We are currently seeing clients at our Studio, where we develop new techniques and typically perform services on models.

    We recommend texting (667) 248-9060, initiating a web-chat at the bottom left, or leaving a message below.

    You may also email us or call between 10 AM and 7 PM.

  • Click BOOK APPOINTMENT to schedule an appointment with us.

  • We strongly recommend making appointments in advance, because we tend to be busy!

  • Unfortunately as our Algorithm is proprietary and unique to our brand, we don’t typically work over existing lash sets.

    We can certainly remove your existing lashes for an extra charge, or we can attempt to recreate your existing lash design - please Click Here for further details.

Our PROTOCOL.
  • We’ll send you detailed pre-appointment instructions via email + text. The most important thing to remember is to arrive with a clean face - makeup or debris will impede the adhesion of our lash resins and reduce the longevity of your lashes.

  • We take our sanitation + health protocol very seriously to ensure the safety of our staff + clients. All surfaces will be sanitized with hypoallergenic Hypochlorous Acid in between clients. Our Lash bed contains no cloth surfaces or pillows, so it can easily be sanitized in between clients. We thoroughly wash our hands in between clients, and additional sanitizer will be made available for your convenience.

    Our salon only services one client at a time for your safety and convenience. Our Lash Aestheticians may wear masks and/or shields during services, but we do not require facial coverings of our clients.

    Please note that we do not permit clients experiencing symptoms of illness to visit the Lash Lab. You may be asked to complete a touchless temperature scan if you display signs of illness.

  • We aim to be as flexible as possible with your schedule - we ask for only 24 hours of notice. You may provide notice by phone, text, webchat, or email (hello@lashlab.io).

    For late cancellations / no-shows, any deposits paid towards appointments will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to assess a fee to allow future bookings.
