things to note...

Congratulations on booking an appointment at the Lab - we're excited to meet you and looking forward to giving you a transformative lash extension design!

We've prepared a few notes to ensure that you have an optimal experience and enjoy beautiful, long-lasting lashes. As always, feel free to call/text with any issues - 667-248-9060.

  • All you need to bring is your pretty self! We do ask that you avoid makeup and any oil-based moisturizers.

    We will cleanse your lashes prior to the services but we choose not to use harsh soaps and cleaning agents which can make it difficult to remove things like waterproof mascara.

    Generally speaking, parking is free on Montgomery Street and there is almost always parking directly in front of our studio (or worst case scenario, on the next block up).

    There is also a Door Code that will be provided via email.

  • We strongly recommend the proEXTEND™ or LED GEL™ Upgrades which will cut down on the time you need to avoid wetting your face post-appointment.

    We advise that you shower prior to coming in to make avoiding water more comfortable for you!
